What’s the one thing you need to know before you hire an asphalt sealing company?

The short answer: There are different types of sealer out there—asphalt emulsion and coal tar emulsion. Coal tar lasts longer, period. Other companies may tell you something different because asphalt emulsion sealer is cheaper for them to purchase, however, we have seen the results and worked with both products, and the asphalt emulsion sealer just doesn’t hold up as well as coal tar. We use coal tar sealer from Brewer Cote.  You won’t realize that you made the wrong decision until a year later and the company or guy you hired will be loooong gone!
